Quality and Information Security Policy

All business processes of Apsiyon A.Ş. are carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 KYS, ISO 27001 KVYS, ISO 10002 MMY, ISO 18295 MİMYS.

Apsiyon A.Ş., a SaaS (Software as a Service) pioneer in Turkey, aims to develop products and services of different purposes and scales, which are easy to buy and use, for community association managers and residents and offer the highest level of security using smart and cutting-edge technologies, as well as to offer products and services qualities of which exceed the expectations of the clients and maintain a very high level of after-sale customer satisfaction. In line with these goals, the following policies have been adopted:

  • Documenting, filing, and continuously improving our management system to meet the requirements of the relevant standards (SO 9001 KYS, ISO 27001 BGYS, ISO27701 KVYS , ISO10002 MMYS, ISO18295-1 MİMYS1),
  • Finding ways to enhance the sold product by constantly collecting after-sales feedback from clients,
  • Assisting our customers in learning the use of new technologies,
  • Increasing the quality of our business processes to an internationally competitive level in accordance with the standards, legislation, and the principle of continuous improvement,
  • Encouraging innovative and creative approaches, organizing training sessions that will strengthen technical and behavioral competencies,

As Apsiyon A.Ş., in accordance with legal regulations and contractual obligations, we aim to:

  • Ensure information security,
  • Safeguard through risk management,
  • Continuously improve by measuring information security process performance,
  • Regulate relationships with third parties on matters related to information security.
  • Our information security system is based on the following three fundamental elements:

  • Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information,
  • Integrity: Ensuring and demonstrating the accuracy and completeness of information,
  • Availability: Ensuring authorized individuals have access to information when needed.
  • In managing personal data, we aim for full compliance with laws and standards through:

  • Purpose-driven simplified data collection,
  • Keeping collected personal data updated and limited to the processing purpose,
  • Establishing effective communication with relevant individuals and managing application processes.
  • The relevant system standards cover the security of all data, not only those stored electronically but also those in written, printed, verbal, and similar formats. This is supported by specific auxiliary policies, procedures, management and software development methods, technological controls, and security testing applications geared towards the processes.
