All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the logos, presentations, brochures, photographs, videos, and similar material provided on the website named www.apsiyon.com (""Website"") belong only to Apsiyon Bilişim Sis. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (Apsiyon), and these rights are protected by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the relevant secondary legislation. The relevant materials cannot be reproduced, distributed, uploaded, printed, published, or processed in other ways for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of Apsiyon. The use of the brands and logos in question is only possible under the conditions specified by Apsiyon and in these Conditions for Corporate Identity Use.

1. The use of brands, logos, presentations, brochures, photos, and videos in the Corporate Identity Guide does not grant the user any right and/or authority regarding Apsiyon and/or Apsiyon's brands, logos, and other materials.

2. Brands and logos that belong to Apsiyon cannot be altered in any way. If necessary, they can be enlarged or shrank by maintaining their proportions, but they cannot be stretched, expanded, or narrowed. Logos cannot be used as parts of any other logos.

3. Brands, logos, and other materials that belong to Apsiyon can only be used together with Apsiyon's commercial title.

4. Brands, logos, presentations, brochures, photos, and videos cannot be used for any purpose that is irrelevant to Apsiyon; however, they can be used to promote campaigns offered in cooperation with Apsiyon. For such uses, approval must be obtained from persons authorized by Apsiyon.

5. The logos and other materials cannot be used in a way that would insinuate ownership by parties other than Apsiyon. The materials in question cannot be used in a way that would mislead or mistaken the public and/or Apsiyon users.

6. Persons who use the brands, logos, and other materials that belong to Apsiyon as a part of a cooperation with Apsiyon are obligated to immediately cease using these materials upon the termination of such cooperation.

7. Brands, logos, and other related materials cannot be used in a way that would insinuate Apsiyon is responsible for the content of a document or for an activity. Apsiyon is not responsible for any use of the purpose and style of which it has not approved.
