Can I perform the dues calculation operations I need in the tracking of the property with Apsiyon?

With the dues tracking system, you can calculate the dues however you prefer (calculation of dues based on the portion of the property occupied by the owners or calculation of dues according to m² or land share ratio) and then inform the residents by e-mail or SMS.

Can Apsiyon interfere with the information I have entered?

We do not interfere with the data you have entered in the panel.

How are dues calculated in properties? The expenses of the property have to be specified and laid out in order to determine the dues.

These expenses form the basis of a budget and this budget based on the financial needs of the property is called “Working Capital”. After calculating the working capital, the dues for each unit are determined based on the distribution method found in the management plan (in the ratio of m² or land share of the independent part owned by the owner). By properly communicating these dues in writing to the residents, the dues are processed.

Which banks does Apsiyon integrate with?

Apsiyon can integrate with all the banks based in Turkey.

Will I have to pay additional fees when using Apsiyon? 

Of course not. You do not have to make any additional expenses. Apsiyon is offered to you in the easiest and most convenient way for use.

I started to work with Apsiyon. If I decide to quit, can I have my data back?

You can download and export each table in the application in excel, word, .pdf and .csv formats whenever you want. If you leave the system, your private data will not be shared. However, you can get all your data personally before quitting. Apsiyon always respects the data ownership of its clients and offers the necessary tools to remove any data from the system.

What is Apsiyon Life?

Apsiyon Life is the platfrom that lists all the privileges to Apsiyon users.

What are dues? 

Dues are fees collected from the residents or tenants to cover the monthly/annual expenses of the properties. 

Why is online bank integration important? 

With online bank integration, you can process transactions  much faster. 

What is the Get Rewards As You Recommend Campaign?

The Earn As You Recommend Campaign is an initiative offered by Apsiyon that is open to everyone.
