He completed a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Finance at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics, a Master's program in the Department of Finance at Uludağ University Institute of Social Sciences, and a Doctoral program in Fiscal Law at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. Since 2010, he has been serving as a faculty member at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University.
