Our Story

Apsiyon was established by Erkan Dogan, Kudret Turk and Meric Akdamar, 3 engineers working side-by-side at one of the largest software companies in Turkey. They set out with a dream of setting up their own business focused on cloud computing and becoming entrepreneurs.

While continuing their professional careers, the three founders established a company called “Digital Projects” to develop software and service digitalization projects. Around that time, Erkan DOĞAN, one of the partners, moved to a new building complex. When he attended the community’s management meeting, he observed numerous problems fueled by the lack of communication between the management and the residents. The founders, with years of experience in the ERP software field, believed that they could eliminate these problems by developing a cloud-based residential management platform. Putting all other projects aside, they focused on software development related to community and property management. So began Apsiyon’s story. The three founders worked non-stop close to 2 years to commercialize Apsiyon. Their efforts allowed Apsiyon to be officially launched in 2012 with the support of an angel investor.

After 4 years of rapid growth, Apsiyon received its first major investment in 2016. Earlybird Venture Capital, one of the largest VC funds in Europe, invested 2.5 Million dollars in Apsiyon.

This investment was put to good use within the framework of Apsiyon's plans. The office was moved to a larger space and the team grew with additional departments. A successful scale-up period welcomed the second round of investment from Earlybird in 2017. The latest investment round of 5 million dollars was completed in March 2020 with participation from Earlybird and Jak Baruh, increasing the total investment in the company to 10 million dollars. Apsiyon's journey, having started with 3 people only, is now accompanied by a team of 173 persons. Having a well-balanced and qualified team, all colleagues working at Apsiyon are graduates of the best institutions in our country. They all come with years of experience in the industry. This experience contributes to Apsiyon's ability to produce extremely fast and flexible solutions.

2009
Apsiyon's foundations were laid, serving as a digital assistant in the management of properties and communities.
2010
apsiyon.com officially launched by three software developers experienced in the ERP applications.
2012
Apsiyon became financially stronger with an angel investment.
2013
Online banking integrations offered by Apsiyon as a service for the first time in Turkey.
2014
With an annual growth of 300%, Apsiyon became one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in Turkey.
2015
Elected as a candidate to represent Turkey in Endeavor’s International Selection Panel.
2016
With an aim to train the professional managers of tomorrow, Apsiyon Academy was launched to meet the human resource needs of the property management industry.
"Apsiyon Special Campaigns", offering solutions for the needs of those residing at the building blocks managed by Apsiyon were launched.
Received the first corporate investment from Earlybird Venture Capital, one of Europe's largest investment funds.
2017
Apsiyon R&D Office was launched and became Turkey's 466th R&D center.
Wired UK listed Apsiyon among the "10 Most Favorable Istanbul-based Initiatives".
Received the second investment from Earlybird Venture Capital, one of the largest investment funds in Europe.
2018
Launched "Apsiyon Apsis", the management platform designed for micro communities.
2019
Ranked among the fastest growing 10 technology companies in Turkey by the "Deloitte Technology 2018 Fast50 Turkey Program".
Launched the cordless POS machine that is integrated with Apsiyon’s Manager Mobile Application.
Listed in TOBB’s Turkey 100 as one of the fastest growing 100 companies in the country.

Apsiyon Teknik added Patrol Monitoring System and QR Pass System to its Electronic Security Systems and IoT Solutions.
Apsiyon Mobile Application reached over 500,000 users.
With the Apsiyon Meter Reading System, it successfully reads 150,000 meters from 100,000 units every day, automatically.
2024
The AI-Powered "Apsiyon Digital Assistant ADA" has been launched.
The AI-Powered "Apsiyon Property Management Assistant ASYA" has been launched.
Introduced the Apsiyon Field Mobile Application, developed for field and maintenance personnel in properties, to users.
With service provided to more than 1,5 million residences and over 3,5 million residents, Apsiyon continues to lead the Facility Management Sector.
